We stopped here with our toddler for one night during a road trip and we were really impressed with this hotel: clean and comfortable accommodations. Most importantly, our room was very CLEAN, including the bathroom; our toddler wanted to use the pool, and the pool area was also clean; the hot tub in the pool area was nice and hot (it was heavily chlorinated, which isn't such a bad thing, but it made it hard to stay in too long); there were ample clean towels provided in the pool area along with tables and chairs. We stayed in a standard two queen-size room, which was ample room for two adults and a toddler. Breakfast was decent (bread and pastry options, biscuit and sausage gravy, waffle station, hot coffee and juice, milk and cereal, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal), and it was consistently refilled during the time we were eating. The staff was friendly (we interacted with a few staff members over the phone before arriving, both of which were friendly and helpful), and a staff member named Nick checked us in, and he was just as helpful. Thank you for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in the middle of a long roadtrip!
Great hospitality. We had a three queen room and it was very spacious. We were stuck in Chamberlain, SD due to a April snow storm. Colleen at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The pool looked like it was lacking maintenance however. Breakfast was the normal but plentiful.
Stayed in a suite with four adults and a baby. Beds were comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space. However, the temperature of the room on a June evening was 65 degrees. Turned on the heat which filled the room with the stink of burning hair. The bathroom had hair piled up in the corners. Breakfast was rather disappointing as well. We also waited for front desk staff for over 20 minutes to show up when we arrived. We called and paged and when the staff finally showed up, no acknowledgement of her tardiness and was rather short with me. I probably won't look for another room with this chain again.
Room was clean and bright, but the quality of the decorating poor. There were holes, visible screw heads, and construction ink marks on the bathroom wall covering. The set screw was missing on the toilet paper hook, so twice it flew across the room. The abstract art matched decor, which was lovely overall, but it was a two piece wrapped canvas, and the parts didn't match up and where screwed down so that I couldn't even straighten them to see if that would help. We were in a one room king suite, which was quiet and spacious. The whirlpool tub was great.
Excellent hotel, comfortable beds and room very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Would recommend staying here.
